Cocktails: Cosmopolitan

Cosmopolitan

It is made with vodka, cranberry juice, Triple Sec, and fresh-squeezed or sweetened lime juice. It is also referred as Cosmo. It gained popularity quite fast in the 1990s with TV shows. Cosmo has not only influenced television but even other popular cultures. For example, cologne designed by Demeter Fragrance includes fragrance of Cosmo.

    I've never had one but triple sec is sooo good.

    Now i see why they tell me that its a girly drink, cant get more girly than that, but hey at least i make up for it drinking abnormal amounts of it.

    I've always heard the name but never actually tried it. It sounds very sweet and enjoyable. I think I might try this when the fancy strikes me. Thanks for the recipe.
