Annaliesse (price tag: $103 million)

This 280 feet yacht is the largest charter in the world and can accommodate three dozen guests on board at a time. The super-yacht greets guest with marble columns and has services like children’s play area, movie theater, library, salon, spa and much more. The master bedroom with king-size bed and remote-controlled panoramic windows is the most luxurious room on the yacht.

    Dang, this boat has everything. I don't see why anyone would need a house with this. Just take the yacht to where ever you wanted and the helicopter where ever else.
